If you're using Firefox (I think IE does it too) in the address bar, there's a feed symbol, which lloks like an orange little cube with white strokes in it.
There is no way to subscribe natively to a blog with Internet Explorer 6. There is with Internet Explorer 7, but I don't know what it is. You should go to the bottom of the blog page and click on the Posts (Atom) link, which it appears you've tried. If it's asking you to save an unknown file type to the desktop, then you can't do it.

(I know I'm being complicated, but..) Is is supposed to ask to save the files? It's like a downloading thing..
Or maybe I'm just dumb.
